About Me

Hi I'm Rosie. I'm an astronomer by trade having graduated with a masters degree in astrophysics a few years ago. I love all things space but particularly cosmology, dark matter, black holes. I also love the practical side of astronomy, noting where the constellations and planets are throughout the year and am an (ameteur) astrophotographer. You will often find me looking up at the night sky if it's a clear night. When I'm not looking up at space I'm usually watching movies, eating, at the local pub quiz, singing musical theatre, dancing salsa and going on walks. Pictures speak a thousand words, and I can't be bothered to write any more code. So here are some images from my life, they mostly contain food, family, friends, general outdoorsy-ness, and maybe some baking (bake-off 2026 here I come!)
